Not a ton of bites, but several decent 2-3lb fish. Sunny skies and cooler air temps around 78. Started the day fishing grass lines with a jackhammer and caught several small keepers quickly. Once the sun got high, that bite died and I ground out the rest of my 5 skipping docks. Had to get my bait in some pretty tight spots to get bit, but they were mostly keepers. Best five went 12.38lbs.

Fished from about 1100A until 400P. Good day. Caught close to 20 fish. No keepers. Fish were on bank getting ready to spawn, but looked like March fish. No bloody tails. No beat up. Caught about half Neko rigging the finesse worm, about half on a finesse jig in PB&J. Unable to get a bite on any thing moving. Tried swim jig, chatter bait, crank bait. Fish were relating to the water willows.

Fished post frontal conditions, high sun, targeted suspending fish around docks. Fishing was tough, but if you found bait balls, you found schooling bass. Had some come out and destroy the 100 jr and the little x-rap. I worked it moderately aggressive. Had many come out and knock it, or would have multiple fish follow the jerkbait to the boat. Cleaned a couple up with a neko rigged missle baits quiver worm.

Between storms and during light rain I decided to give it a try. The area has seen extreme rainfall over the last week and the lake is a couple feet high and very muddy. I did catch a few throwing a buzzbait up as close to the grass as I could and a couple more fishing a few points with a Texas rigged craw.
