I was prefishing today for a tournament coming up this Saturday, June 3rd. The water was slightly stained, and the bass were off the beds. I did see a few fry guarders, but most were out roaming the flats. and onto secondary points heading back to deeper water.. The HellRaiZer was the ticket this morning. The bass were really going after this bait. I am sure it was mimicking shad with the shad span ongoing.

The bass are just coming off the beds. The fins are still bloody, and the bass are tired. You can get the reaction strike with a rage craw. They only want green pumpkin. Flip and pitch every piece of wood you can find. The fish are very tight to cover and just starting to guard the fry.
