Caught most of my fish out of small rocky pockets on a shakey head and finesse jig. Sunny conditions with mild wind.

Fished a tournament sat 12/9, caught 9 keepers on A-rig with Keitech swim baits. I used a 7’4” lews med/hvy rod and lews speed reel, my best 5 weighed 16lbs, finished 3rd

Catching bass along ledges on the main lake from JP Coleman to just pass Bear Creek with Carolina Rig. Found bass along the same stretch closer to the banks but only getting bit by the bass sitting along the top of the ledges. Any bass sitting away from these spots would not bite.
