January 28th I went ice fishing here for my first time. I have open water fished it a bunch but never ice fished. I fished one of the creek channels and there were a bunch of other people there. I set out tip ups baited with medium sized shiners and only had one flag shortly after setting them up. It was a white perch which I have never caught before. I drilled all around jigging as well using a small tungsten jig tipped with a soft plastic and was able to catch 4 perch one of them being over 13" it was a slow day but surrounding people caught a few bass and bluegill. Seemed like a slow day for everything but it was still a blast!

It was early morning and they were chasing bait in the shallows. Just watch for water displacement and throw there. Rig two flukes up on your line so it imitates a school better. Slow retrieve or a stop and go.

There starting to come closer into the shore. The best time rn is just before dark they get super active and eat. During the day it's best for slow baits.

Spinnerbaits seem to work best right now. Not really a specific spot on the lake they're everywhere. Those seem to be the best colors and trailers that work well with the spinnerbait.

This is on Peter's creek area. Definitely need to wade fish. Try to get into the channel. Anything medium action should work. Anything with a flash seems to do the trick. They hit hard when they want it. It's a little grassy so nothing deep diving. Between 3 pulled out 10 plus average 14 inches long bass.
