We got out late morning. Found a spot from shore and started fishing. We found perch in 4 to 12ft of water. We brought home 25 that trip. It was a ton of fun!!

The wind was kind of funky but that was ok. Found some perch on a couple drop offs from 5-10ft and were able to get them to bite. A small tungsten ice jig tipped with a minnow were the hot bait. Get out there everyone! Fish are biting!!

Both the largemouth and the smallmouth are holding into any structure they can find. Rocks and wood especially. A blade bait or a spinnerbait are hard to beat this time of year.
