It’s hard to get a bit right now. A small swim bait on an underspin was the only thing I got a bite on

Chigger Craw Is the LAW! This is my favorite summertime jig trailer. It has great action and gets their attention. Maxscent really is the 🔑 here!

We’re still at it out here. The fishing is good on deep grass lines and the flip jig is just the bait to get through it all

The fish in this lake really eat black and blue colored anything very well. I think it has a lot to do with the brown tint to the water. It out produces all other colors and this tank smoked that jig. What a fun fish to catch

This time of year I spend a lot of time picking apart individual pieces of cover. If they’re is a lay down in the shade that is my go to spot for a jig. Just take you’re time. If it looks fishy they are probably just waiting for the right presentation.

I like these flipping jigs because they come through wood pretty well and I like the way they fall straight down. Try and bend that hook?
