We found a feeding window that opened around noon fishing here last Saturday for the ABT. The current had calmed down enough that we could fish more in the main river. We caught a limit pretty quick working the DT6 Demon around docks on main river banks.

Fished current seems up by the upper dam rocks and lay downs the fish were located on the down river side sitting in the slack water waiting on shad to come by.

Fishing rocks on the edge of secondary points with a jerkbait or flat sided crankbait has worked for both largemouth and spotted bass. Jerkbait does not need to be paused for long, 2-4 seconds at most. Crankbait worked best when reeled fast and then paused. Burning the bait over the rocks gets the aggressive fish, then the jerkbait did the clean up.
