7’ or less of water bass are moving up and find deeper grass with shallow flats near by were the deal. Slow rolling the chatter bait just over the grass, the bite was super light and I think the bait fuel helped with them holding on to it or coming back after a short strike. Ended up with 15 in a few hours water was 54 biggest was 18” and a little over 4lbs

During the prespawn on lobdell lake, making the run to hoisington is a good idea! Smallmouth and walleye will be in hoisington in the prespawn. Throw a 1/4-3/8 oz swim bait head with a 3.3 swim bait and throw along the breaks and at the points around the lake.
