I tried tip ups with large shiners in 7-15 FOW for bass and pike. I had one bite but no hookups. Jigging shallow did yield some small perch. For those I was using a small tungsten jig with a small plastic. Both from Frostbite. Jigging lightly and quivering the jigs worked well.

Caught this nice largemouth fishing under the bridge at Little Bear Lake. Casted a spinnerbait over a lay down and he crushed it.
