we got to the lake fairly early and were able to land a few wolf-packing bass! I caught this one on a football jig up shallow on rock.

We started off the day speed cranking but we didn't get any bites so we switched to a Megabass swimbait and a Yum flash mob jr A-rig, and we ended up catching our first fish at 1:19pm it was a 3.48 lb largemouth bass off of a dock ladder! The fish we saw were mainly around isolated wood structures around points, we had a couple of bass including one around 7 lbs bite the A-rig but we could never land the fish due to too small of swimbait jig heads!

Brush Piles
We caught most of our crappies using livescope and a snap jig! we would scan around with Garmin livescope for brush piles that were in the 25-foot range and once we found the fish we would drop down our jigs and slowly jig it until the fish would bite, easy peasy!

Judah's Report: So we got to the lake around 4:30 in the evening, and we started off graphing around for offshore summer bass, but we couldn't find any bass. So we started fishing the mouths of coves with a Neko rig, and what we would do is spot the fish with our livescope, cast our Neko rigs over them, let the bait sink down to the bottom, and hop the bait back to the boat! Here's a picture of a 3.21lb bass I caught!

Joshua's Report: Today I was throwing a Neko rigged Zoom Trick worm around docks, and shallow cover! which was pretty straightforward. One Tip though, try to get your bait as close to the cover as possible, because those shallow summer bass seek as much shelter as possible to escape the hot sun!
