Work brush piles in 8 to 16 ft, if you can find bait fish work over them. I would fish on East Tyler right now. Once the water gets to 55 start working the middle to the back of the creeks.

We fished the Luck of the Draw tournament on Lake Tyler and caught tons of fish just couldn’t find a kicker. We weighed in 12.4 lbs The main lure for me was the Berkley frittside 5 on the outside edges of docks, when the bite slowed down I picked up a senko and pitched up under docks and picked up a few more.

Worked a frog all day. Caught a 5lb, 4lb, and 3 1.5-3lb bass. Got 3rd place at a high school tournament with 15.08lbs throwing the frog into grass and lily pads.

Most were caught suspending on humps and brush piles in 18-15ft.water with a several caught shallow later in day once water started to warm.The shallow bite was on a texas rigged Zoom trick worm fished very SLOWLY and a 13fishing Jabber Jaw SLOW roll’n around main lake docks.
