The fish are migrating into the creeks and feeding up on the gizzard and threadfin shad. Today we caught many stripers and largemouth on the 6th sense Flat 75x but the hot bait was by far the 6th sense Draw 9” catching several stripers and a couple larger largemouth feeding up on baby white bass.

Ledges
Bass are deep. 15-28 ft off ledges and in the main lake channels. Drop shot working the best. Down size your hooks to a 1 or 2 and fish slow. Little movement to almost deadsticking will catch a few. Watch for extremely light bite.

Largemouth were hard to find with the cold water. Went into castle creek, main channel. Found school of white bass in 75 ft of water but suspended at 25 ft. Vertical jigging with kastmasters in chrome did the trick. Can’t wait for spring
