Targeting saw grass and stumps. The bass are up shallow and in all stages of the spawn. Fan cast the shock blade while searching for targets. Wind is your friend with the shock blade. When you see stumps, trees, or piles of grass, use the senko to pick cover apart. Fish are constantly on the move right now so don't be afraid to cycle back through a spot.

4/2 had a kayak tournament on Santee. Fished the eastern side of lake Marion. Caught 13 fish and lost 1, all on a weightless wacky worm. Riot baits baton, color money. The batons unique design helped it stand out against all the stick baits I’m sure the fish had seen.
