found this one under a dock, caught on the fall. otherwise covering water, junk fishing. Bonus fat pike. Johana always fun in the fall.

First time fishing Lake Johanna and found some nice fish near shallow islands with weeds and bunch of bait fish. They were eating spinner bait and top water. Also jig worm worked as well. They are definitely busting bait fish now.

It's late summer and we have started to have nights getting down into the low 50's. In the early morning pike can be found in shallow vegetation, 5 feet or less along shore lines and shallow points. Moving out further to about 10-12 ft and working those same areas along the weed lines will produce decent bass.

Water was low. I had this shad color dark sleeper tied on, bomb a cast and slowly reeled back in.

Focus on Lake Johanna's humps/sunken islands. Work the edges flipping texas rigged creature style baits. For me 90% of the time I am using Missile Baits D Bomb.
