7/18/2022. Bluebird day with winds were about 8-10 mph out of the N moving to E. Water temps were in the upper 60s, air temp high was around 80 F. Slow day despite great conditions. Started the day fishing around some shipwrecks offshore, but didn't find any fish out there. Caught a few around an old shipping dock before heading up into a small river where we caught a bunch of little ones (along with a few pike). Just need to find where the bigger ones hang out in the summer.

July 9, 2022 Largemouth are hitting spinnerbaits and swim jigs in the shallows on Saginaw Bay from Au Gres Point South to the mouth of the Pine River. Water temps 67-71.
