My son and I were able to put four 2-2.5 lbs. largemouths in the boat in about 2 hrs. of fishing using mostly unweighted wacky rigged senkos near the docks. I also had a 30"+ northern follow a crankbait to the boat, and ended up catching a 2 lb. smalley on the fluke I threw at the pike. That was the only smalley we caught on this trip. The water is steadily warming up, so things reakkt should kick off soon.

The actual "hot bait" was a Mack's DD Chrome Dodger, with a pink Smile Blade Hoochie 3' behind. We fished 40' down at 1.0 mph. and caught Kokanee. They forage amphipods that look like freshwater shrimp. Made great fish tacos out em!!
