Fished swim jig in bluegill pattern around reeds in the main lake then switched to drop shot and a deep little N crankbait as the sun got higher over all good fishing

Very slow fishing this day. Located many bedding fish but they were easily spooked. Found some transition fish with reaction baits.

Smallmouth up on beds. Look for dark spots in 2-8 ft of water. Z-man Ned rigs work great. Any bright color to help you see them pick it up will work. 6-8lb flouro leaders!
