Lots of fish sitting on deep weed lines, fishing bladed jigs and worms. Lots of very small fish.

Had the best luck fishing a Keitech on a weighted swimbait hook over or through submerged weeds. Cabbage and coontail produced better than other weeds. Helped if there was rock or a rock nearby.

Hitting the west and northern parts of the west bay when the weeds start to die off while keeping the boat in about 6 feet of water while ripping chatterbaits through the submerged vegetation produces good numbers of bass and pike.
