Out with 2 friends today on Lake Butler and put a total of 19 in the boat, up to 2.24lbs. I got 11 and the biggest, pictured. Mine came on the Gambler burner worm, 3, and the rest on the Zoom fluke stick. The others were mostly caught on watermelon magic color and a few on junebug. We targeted grass lines and lily pads

Put 5 in the boat today, all between 1 and 2lbs. Started off fishing along some grass in open water and moved over to the shore line fishing along the pads, grass, reeds, trees and docks. I used the Gambler worm, Yum Dinger in Mardi Gras and a Yamamoto Senko in Gobi. Missed a few and had some spit the hook on me. We caught a total of 19 bass today between the 4 of us and a bowling as well.

Started with a chatterbait this morning but failed to get a bite with it so I went with the worm, 7 inch Yamamoto Senko in Black and Blue flake and got broke off. Took a Mardi Gras Dinger and got the one pictured and missed a few. Then switched over to the swin n Dinger and caught 5 more, all were on the small size today with the biggest one weighing 1.69lbs. All were caught along side of a reed line or in submerged vegetation close to the reeds. Lost a few others as well, one that looked to be around 3lbs, that jumped and shook his head and spit the hook close to the boat.

Was very windy today and we were limited to a small area that was mostly protected from the wind. I got 4 in the boat fishing along docks, weeds and cypress trees, mostly small guys and missed some or had them come off in the weeds.
