Tried a football head today and was not disappointed, caught about 17 fish before snagging it and moving to a tube. Fishing the lower water column was the way to go today

Fish were very active today and chasing very small bait. While the smaller fish would eat a jerkbait very aggressively, it seemed like the bigger ones preferred a crankbait digging into the bottom. Pitching at sight fish was effective as well.

Strong winds were blowing on this rocky point and while reaction baits got a few bites, dragging a jig through the bouldeds seemed to be the most effective technique and yeilded the biggest bites.
