Made it out on a very windy Sunday (10/15) and caught 1 fishing a lay down with a jig in Hateleys bay. My friend caught one close to 3 on Mill lake with a wacky rigged green pumpkin General/senko using #2 VMC Neko hook. Other than that it was a grind. Had lots of fish follow the jerkbait but none committed. Water was super clear as always with temps between 52 to 55.

Caught a 3+ along with some decent fish around 15” on the buzzbait. Not able to key in on a specific type of cover. Just covered water on wind blown banks.

Fished offshore points in about 8 to 10ft of water using a drop shot after trying shallow cover in the morning. Caught some smaller ones near grass patches and weed lines. The Nories worm has a great floating action.

Made it out on Sunday 9/19/21 and caught multiple fish underneath the docks back in Hateleys bay and Mill lake with a wacky rigged green pumpkin Senko using #2 VMC Neko hook. Better 3lb class fish were caught on a jig near deeper water. Water was super clear as always with temps down to the low 70s.

Struggled in the morning fishing shallow with only a couple in 12 to 14” range. Caught some better fish (16”) as soon as I moved out to the 5 to 8 ft depth range and fished a jackhammer along scattered weeds and defined weed lines.
