work a wacky worm on the deeper edges of the weedline, up to 15'. You may also get a bonus smallmouth. If they are really deep a ned rig will do the trick on the outer edge of the weeds.

Work a worm in the openings of the weeds and around the docks. The bigger fish came from the heavier cover.

Both wacky rigs and Ned rigs produced fish. The wacky rigs produced the bigger fish. Work them from the inside edge of the weeds (2-3') to the outside edge (10-12'). Wacky rigs produced the biggest fish around the lily pads. I would have stuck with the wacky all day if the wind would have allowed.

Found good numbers of LMB on the deep weed edge with Neds and Drop Shot but maximum size was 16".

Concentrate on the patches of weeds with a drop-shot. Work the areas between the patches with a squarebill looking for roaming fish.

The water is clear enough, look for the clumps of weeds and work the edges with a tube or ned rig. Also work the deeper weed edges.

Moving baits were the hot bite. Wind was blowing 25 mph and water temps were mid 50’s, so focused on tucking into bays and throwing spinnerbaits on weed edges and along the edge of reeds in 4-8 ft of water. Another key bait was throwing squarebills at shallow structure
