It’s been a while since I have been on Knife Lake. Wasn’t expecting much success. Started throwing top waters and had a few misses. Went down the docks for quite a ways. Finally threw a chatter bait and second cast I caught a nice 17”er. My son tied a slobberknocker on and we proceeded to catch multiple fish. Found them holding to timber and rock. The water is really dirty so baits that make noise and big will be working the best.

Docks and weed line on the east side of the lake north of the landing held all the fish. Craw tubes in Junebug color worked the best. 1/4 ounce jig also. Cast it around docks and weed lines. Let it sit and watch the line.

Used the hummingbird 360 to find submerged wood off shore and pitched finesse jigs to them. They wanted it very slow and we ended up catching a bunch of nice post spawn fish.
