It was a cool, partially cloudy day with calm water. I started the morning with some topwater. But I didn't have any luck with that. I then tried throwing a couple of jerkbaits and some swimbaits, but nothing wanted to commit. I then tied on a dropshot and was piecing out some vegetation when I finally got a bite. This fish was small, but at least I caught something.

It was a warm fall day, so I took the kayak put and was throwing some baits around and kind of just getting a feel for it. I anchored parallel to a point with a steep drop off and started swimming around the dark sleeper and ended up catching one.

It was a clear cooler morning with blue skies, and I was fishing off a point. I wasn't noticing too much movement in the water, so I figured I would try a finesse presentation and throw the ol wacky worm around. I tied on a vmc neko hook and a yum dinger and started casting around some brush piles and laydowns. It was not long before I saw my line start swimming to the side, so I set the hook, and to my surprise, a decent bass was on the other end. It was a fun fight to get him in on, but I'm glad I was able to.

It was a cool day with a strong breeze, and the water had a little ripple on it. I was casting around a bit and saw a decent amount of fry and bait swimming off this point. I tried some topwater with no effect , so I switched it up to a moving bait. I almost had the bait to the bank when this fish hit my lure like a ton of bricks.

It is a cool, windy day, and I was fishing off a point around some submerged vegetation. I was popping the bellows shad in and out of the weeds and dragging it around the edges. I cast it one more time, and I felt the bite.

It was a hot day in the 90s mild breeze and lots of bugs landing on top of the water. The water had a mild stain with about 2 feet visibility. I saw a few bass cruising the banks but didn't want to commit to anything moving. I decided I needed a finesse approach, so I wacky rigged a yum dinger and got to work. I was fishing off a point with a steep drop off and after a few pops I got a bite.

It was a windy, cool day with a lot of chop on the water. Fishing in the wind sometimes is a struggle in itself, but I couldn't pass up the nice day. I was trying all kinds of lures before I tied on a chatterbox Evo and started casting around some laydowns. I felt the bite and then set the hook and reeled him in. I was never a big chatterbait fisherman, but I picked up some evos and have been really trying to get my confidence up in them, and it finally paid off.

It was a cool and calm day with bluebird skies in the afternoon. I saw a lot of movement on the water, but it seemed like they didn't want to bite anything. So, I used some finesse and tied on a drop shot with a Zoom finesse worm and worked the edges of some submerged grass until I finally got a bite.
