Fish were on the inside of the cabbage. In about 5' of water. When I worked the deep water side 9'+ the fish were not there. I also had success working a frog through the lily pads. This technique didn't have the same catch rate, but produced nicer fish.

Caught plenty of little guys on a drop shot but got a few better ones on a jigworm in about 15 ft along the weedline.
