High numbers of largemouth can be found flipping a jig in shallow vegetation. Although harder to find, fish of larger size can be caught out deep on hard structure.

Pitching a jig to holes in the plentiful grass of Grace Lake has produced some nice bass. While non of the grass is milfoil/coontail, it can be broken down and fished similarly. Finding harder bottom areas is key to holding the bigger largemouths.
