This report is for 11/5/2022, was out about 8am to 1130am. Weather was post cold front with clear skies. Starting out windy and moving to crazy windy. Fishing was very slow but lucked into one very nice fish in the 4 to 4.5lb range. Tried a bunch of tactics with no luck.....no takers on a 5" swimbait or jerkbait. Caught this momma on a half ounce All Terrain jig with a Berkely Chigger craw on back.

Outing was for May 19, 2024. Water temp was mid 60s. Fished from abou t 7am to 1am. Weather was mostly sunny mid to upper 60s. Fish seemed to be on both the inside and outside weedline. Didn't see any spawners. Caught fish on a ton of stuff. Drop shot, wake bait, popper, waku rig and more. Best fish was on a wacky rig on an inside weedline. Threw a jig a ton and didn't catch anything. Still getting used to the Mastif, but feels good. Need to get more reps with it to be able to accurately compare. Caught probably 12 to 15 fish. Overall nice outing.

Weed lines near drop offs. Casting tungsten jig with fathead minnows into weed edge and pulling walleyes out working 1-3 feet off bottom.

The fish are getting ready to start the fall eating, they are not quiet there yet and it was hard to get bit on a moving bait. They seemed to be staging around grass lines and getting ready to get the fall bite on

You can find bass shallow. Parked boat in about 15ft and cast toward shore and slow worked the drop shot back to boat. Caught tons of 10-15” bass. Also inadvertently caught pike, which is why I used 12lb Abrazx leader.

Try the outer edge of the weed line, 10-15ft of water. There are plenty of 3-5lb pike in this lake too.
