You can hammer the whites right now, best time of year to fill the freezer. Look for main lake points with sharp contours dropping off to 30 ft they may be in top of the point or in the basin. Slow lift and drop with the blade if you have scope hover a damiki over schools May catch a few of those toothy critters too.

Still too cold. Crappie not up shallow yet. Caught 3 all 9.5" in 4 hours. Air temp was 80 degrees. Did catch a nice 3lb Largemouth on the crappie jig.
