That order of maxscent chigger craws was worth every penny! We had 3 days of fishing with non stop action around small piles of submerged rock. If they didn’t eat it falling right in they chased it down on the way out. Which resulted in most of the torn claws you see here this was a sure way to catch fish most of the day!

Still having great luck fishing submerged boulders in about 15 feet of water with the water being the color that it is this year I’m finding that this blue tip on the maxscent is a killer combo. This works until the sun gets up and starts really warming the water. At that point I’m not sure where those fish go after that. Have fun out there

Both largemouth and smallmouth are holding around boulders I’ve had great luck keeping an underspin moving around big rock piles and individual boulders. Have fun out there.

Morning schools seem to roam around and not be very aggressive. I found that pumping a stick worm or light shakey head off the bottom can be very productive. I also feel the maxscent is key for those extra tough bites!

$PB$ 🎣🎣🎣These fish are running around wood stumps with grass looking for craws. I’ve had a lot of fun the past few evenings and even caught my pb smallmouth at 3.25 pounds

Fish are moving back to deeper water up here in Maine after the spawn into about 8-10ft of water mostly near the bottom. Running the Rapala DT 8 allowed me to connect with a lot of solid fish. Making long casts and quickly reeling it to the bottom and then slow rolling it in from there letting it bounce off the rocks and bottom.
