The fall can be a great time to fish cutler reservoir with a white spinnerbait to match the forage of both crappie and bluegill. Good places to fish from shore are bridges because they provide the fish shade and oxygen. These bridges also act as highways for baitfish like minnows and shad to swim between different parts of the reservoir. Bass will often hide parallel to the rocks and ambush prey as they swim by. If spinnerbaits are not working, tie on a square bill crankbait.
