Largemouth were feeding on shad on bluff walls and any place with chunk rock, dt 6, and wiggle warts were most effective. Lots of catfish and drum were also caught this day making for a fun multi-species trip

Bass are starting to bite in preparation for the spawn. Fish are at mouths of creeks up to the first secondary point. Fishing wind blown banks with chunk rock seemed to get the most bites

We focused below the dam by the ledge. Lots of shad swimming around. Water was stained and little flow. Whitebass was scattered and small. Average about 11 inches. Once the buffalo's started hitting the whitebass shut off. It was fun targeting Buffalo on plastic and light tackle. Water was still cold to the touch. Give it another week or two and it'll be prime time.
