Lots o lots to report. The lake is fishing well from top to bottom. People are catching fish across the lake, on all the baits listed here. Spots are up and chewing, water temps are right to really get them moving. Largies are mostly post spawn and roaming, finding the right ones are critical to winning events. In some parts fish are still in the back, in other in the middle, and others in the front. There is something for everyone. Although I don’t have it listed there is also a good wacky rig bite.

Largemouth that are currently post spawn are actively roaming, reacting to shallow water tactics with jerk baits playing a good role. Some schooling activity can be found on the lake, but it’s mostly hybrids and smaller spots, however there are some schools of largemouth.

Tons of fish up shallow and roaming. Some fish on beds, lots of baits are working, little bit of wind is helpful.

Bass fishing is good right now on "The Hill". The spawn is done and the herring spawn and shad spawn are going good. Capitalize on the early morning bites around shoals for the herring bite and backs of pockets with grass for the shad bite. Throw a 3 bladed spinnerbait or a chrome topwater of your choice. You will have to weed through the Striped Bass and Hybrids, but they'll give you a fight.

We targeted main lake points to catch a LOT of fish. Unfortunately, we never got the big bite we needed. As long as there was a slight breeze going, we could get bit easily. Day was mostly overcast and 2-5 mph winds.
