Flipping jigs into brush piles off the dam around 75-acre lake was very successful. The water is muddy, so black and blue is a good color. Fish are up shallow right now. Flip into brush piles and slowly drag the jig across the rocks and fish are picking it right up off the bottom. Tight lines.

I caught 15 bass in two hours on a weightless EWG Hook. The bass are chasing baitfish up into the shallows. On a weightless hook and occasional deadstick and twitch techniques, my fluke looked incredibly injured and vulnerable and bass took full advantage of it.
