KVD 1.5 square bill and chatter baits work best for me.

Of the two lakes here West Lake is the best but you have to get your kayak / canoe up the side of the dam to get on the water. The other lake has a ramp. Can't run gas motors.

usually a 1.5 square bill is my go to bait here. Decided to try some worms. No luck with ribbon tail so went to 4" senko almost dead sticking it. Caught 3 over 14" and a bunch of 10-11" bass and some redeer that like bass baits.

Started with various soft plastics no success. Switched to crank baits caught a 12" and a 14" also a redeer bigger than my hand. The lake is really low due to the drought.
