look for isolated pads in the shallows, throw a wacky rig in there and wait a few seconds then pop it a little bit and you should get some fish.

The DNR has wiped out the weeds, so the only real cover right now is the lily pads. Work a worm around the edges. Don't be afraid to go shallow, there were fish tight to the bank. I also worked the pads with a frog, and I had 0 blow ups.

Good wacky bite in the morning. Around docks and up shallow sight fishing (not on beds). The wind picked up significantly, so I switched to a Ned Rig. By this time the fish had moved out to the weed edges. Cast about 10' into the weeds and let the Ned drift out to the weed edge.
