Awesome Day on the water. Day 1 of a two day tournament and I ended up with 18.19 pounds.. Fish were loaded on Reed Points.. Drop shot was the primary catcher. But biggest in the bag was caught flipping. G Finesse hook was a Life saver with the big fish.. Sticky as can be!!

Started out as a really slow day. Fish were not biting on moving baits. Once I slowed down to a Ned Rig I finally got them figured out. Caught 5 fish in about a half hour then. One that was small and the rest were over 2 pounds and the largest was 4.7 pounds. The weeds on the lake go out to about 6 feet and are tall and then they just end. Follow the edge of the weed lines and the fish will be there.
