With all the rain this last week the water was pretty dirty but we were still able to catch a few good ones anywhere we could find any submerged vegetation around lay downs in around 5-12 foot of water. Working a worm produced the best fish but an umbrella rig also produced some gold bites as well.

Water temps were in the upper 50’s and the water is really clear for this lake. Bass were tight to cover whether that was brush or dock pilings. Slow presentation and long pauses with the jig got bites. I targeted mid depth docks in the backs of the creeks. My rod of choice is the Megabass P5 FMJ and its phenomenal! Best jig rod on the market.

The bite was slow today with the changing temps over the past few days but I was still able to catch a few good ones. The OG slim produced some good ones around lay downs and the chatter bait was hammered around grass lines but the culprit 7.5” worm produced the biggest bites around lay downs in 5-10 foot of water in the back ends of the creeks 🤙👍

Major cold front came through and dropped the water temps. Skipped jigs around docks that had some brush in front of them. That was key. The fish moved to the deeper part of the dock and were holding on the edges.

caught this fish over some submerged dead grass and leaves. I used a 3 reel and stop method, then repeat. Very good product good hook up on the fish. I would for sure recommend this swimbait to use.

Was running parallel to bank. Throwing up to bank and diving into steep drop off to 15' about 3 -5' from bank. All fish were next to a lay down. The Blaze crankbait was actually a money badger 2.5" site dosnt have that color.

We’ve had a couple of good days out on lake eufaula the past two days. Using the super spoon jr around rip raff proved to be a good way to get bit. Slow rolling a spinner bait around submerged timber in 10-15 foot of water also produced good fish. The OG slim around rip raff and bridge pillars also produced fish but the best bites came from punching grass mats with the incredi-bug and the best mats where in around 5 foot of water anywhere there was live grass around. Also using the 7.5 inch culprit worm in various colors produced good fish around lay downs in water anywhere from 1-10 foot but all of the best fish were in around 1-5 foot of water. Good luck out there and tight lines 👍👍

Look like the bass are moving up to stage for the spawn. Large mouth on crankbait, and spots on jigs.
